Nightly janitorial cleans the full facility after hours. A day porter stays on-site during business hours to keep restrooms, lobbies, and common areas presentable as they’re used. Many facilities combine both.
Can we change our schedule later?
Yes. Frequency and scope can be scaled up or down as your needs change. Your account manager updates the service agreement accordingly.
Do you supply the cleaning products and equipment?
Yes. We bring all equipment and cleaning products. Restroom consumables (paper, soap, liners) can be client-supplied or supplied by MM Pro Clean.
