Do you sign contracts?
Yes. Every recurring commercial client gets a written service agreement that specifies scope, schedule, and terms. One-time services can be done with a signed estimate.
Are you insured, and can you prove it?
Yes. We carry general liability and workers compensation insurance and we provide certificates of insurance (COI) naming your business as additional insured upon request.
Can you clean overnight or on weekends?
Yes. Most of our commercial clients prefer after-hours or weekend service to avoid disrupting operations. We handle alarm codes, key fobs, and lockup procedures as part of standard onboarding.
What if we need extra service for an event?
We can scale up for events, inspections, and special needs. Add-on services are quoted separately and billed at your established service rate or as a flat fee.
How is commercial pricing set?
We provide a quote after a walkthrough of your facility. Pricing takes into account the specific needs of your space including traffic levels, surface types, floor finishes, restroom count, trash volume, specialty areas, and desired frequency.
